so I'm hearing Nestle wants to meet with #qedn on the eve of feb 14...

wondering if this is good thing... can be good if Nestle only wants product by the millions

but

if they partnership merger acquisition could be good but bad... depending on negotiations..

might be big buy out up front but nestle makes killing in back end.

or they can agree to take over n still leave current staff in place...

either way...
