Index: I agree, but basic strategy says the pass line with odds (as much as you can as THIS is where you make your money), and 2 come bets (one at a time) to cover your line bet. Then yes, taking odds on the two come bets once established. You basically want 3 bets going for you at the same time...kind of like investing in CYDY (the line) while diversifying into other commodities as well (come bets), no matter how hard it may be to not bet the farm on CYDY!
