I think 4kids has already done most or all of the work to track the actions of these illegal traders and their bad behavior. Further, I believe once this thing gets moving a group of investors is planning our own legal action against these naked shorters. Certainly, I would hope that others like myself would be very interested in contributing funds to that cause.
I really believe that one day we will make these crooks pay for the hell they have put this company, it's leaders and shareholders through.
So if this thing goes anywhere near what we expect it to not only will the shorters pay in losses to buy back the borrowed shares but will also face criminal actions.
There is hope for the good guys.
That would include all those daily bashers here who spew out false information and who own no shares.
