Well I'm not claiming conspiracy. Lobbies for and against something regardless of their merits is a common occurrence in Washington and unfortunately the FDA. But to your point, I agree Trump if he understood the science would want this drug approved for his own political self interest. However he is not capable of understanding the science and implications himself, he relies on advisors for that, and make no mistake unless your Donald J Trump the rest of the administration cares more about making as much money as quick as they can while they can. So I don't believe that this would necessarily trump my assertion.
