I learned redflix was not nominated for an Oscar

Feel like they abandoned me again

Maybe season six will be the one?

Watched it last night

Not going to win any Oscars, but I like those movies where people are challenged beyond belief and have to rise up to another level to overcome

It's actually based on a true story

I'm thinking VERB is going to be made into a movie one day

Rory and team challenged beyond belief

I think I know the ending...

Seen it before

And one day you may wake up from your dream and all of a sudden people ask

"How did VERB become and overnight success?"



And you may ask yourself, well

"How did I get here?"

It doesn't happen overnight of course

Founded in 1999

That was right around when Salesforce was founded

In 20 years, how are they doing?

SurveyMonkey in Q3 annouced they have 713,217 paying users

Compared to 621,071 the previous year

15% year-over-year growth

Added 20,762 paying users from Q2 2019, for 3% quarter-over-quarter growth

Something else you may want to hear

They went public in 2018

They are a $2.4B NASDAQ company

Their market cap is a 8x muliple

AND, they aren't growing that fast

Heck, VERB is adding users 5+ times faster

VERB revenues will come

Just got that SaaS revenue recognition lag

The median cost to acquire $1 of annual recurring revenue (ARR) for a new customer is $1.32

What does this tell you?

Most SaaS companies spend more early on

It's expected because once that $1 of ARR kicked in, it kicks in for a long time

Using upselling strategies with existing customers, the cost drops significantly to $0.71

What does this tell you?

VERB prioritizing on focusing on existing customers was a smart strategy

Spend less money, to make mo' money

What does that tell you?

Yup, Growth Stage

Love the Growth Stage PR the other day

You saw the announcement in December of the new customer Kyani going all in

Now you have an existing customer Vasayo going all in

Love that VERB prioritized creating other products, so an "all in" is more than just one thing and no the same old, same old

So let's look at that PR a little closer together, shall we?

"announced a renewal and major expansion of its relationship with Vasayo"

I majorly like renewals. Especially the ones that come with a majorly expansion

Rings of a long term contract

Sound like VERB's technology works, but investors already knew that

Not one, but a number...

Let me translate this one. Each model is $$$ for VERB

That's called AI

How do you like your ice cream? Double dip?

The stand alone custom facing app is one price and the integrated one into the existing distributor app is another price. So not only did VERB sell Learn, they sold it both ways.

"For consumers, an invite link will be sent out once an initial purchase order has been made. In both cases, the sign-up process is intuitive, fast, easy and seamless ."

This is crazy good that VERB is now moving beyond the distributors and open to customers. The number of users can skyrocket and institutions and companies that like to buy other companies love a lot of users and to make it easy for them to join, there will be a lot.

Another new feature? New features means more revenue.

Customers, Customers, Customers...

Remember when I posted this awhile ago

This is 4th level stuff and will change the industry

This is affiliate marketing type of stuff

Refer a friend to the product and you get rewarded

You don't have to even be a distributor

This is how a lot of businesses operate

Reward people for helping you grow your business

Whether referring someone to buy a car or join the YMCA
