Everytime NP clarifies an issue, more confusion is created: I was under the impression, and I think others were too, that patient number 4 was an emergency patient with mBC, not mTNBC. This is why when he read the lab results regarding her progress this past week, he only included CAML and not CTC because CTC isn’t a part of the emergency IND protocol.
Maybe I’m confusing myself and only his MIL got the 700mg because she was stage 4? And patient #4 is mBC but is going to dose escalation route?
