Zoli I hope your optimism is right. I am neither an optimist or pessimist. Balance is my thing (I am a Libra). I hope for the best and prepare for the worst. Things are finally moving in the right direction but we need continued progress. The div is the first step but that alone will not get us where we need to be and you cannot ignore forces working against you. Especially on the OTC.
