NO, I don't think there is any kind of conspiracy and here's why: If the United States FDA was blocking drugs that could actually cure or hold off diseases as leronlimab appears to, companies would just take such drugs to other countries, some of which are quite poor and could use the income, and get them approved there, and then the world's afflicted population would flock to those countries for treatment.
The scandal that would rock the FDA if it was found to be purposefully stalling and/or quashing life saving medications would be ridiculously huge and would blow it apart.
