PHIL is delinquent in filings and is susceptible to an SEC suspension without any warning to shareholders and that can happen at any time. Shareholders might want to ask the CEO why there are no recent SEC filings before asking any other questions about business opportunities.

This is one ticker I would not want to hold shares in; thus I don't.
