I saw that post of Chumps. I like him, but I think he is wrong.
the article says "In addition, monoclonal antibody therapy firm CytoDyn and global pharma Eli Lilly each hire a general counsel."
That says to me they EACH hired a GC. I am not an attorney, but that wouldn't make sense that it could be same the person as general counsel especially if there were potential talks. How could she represent both sides at same time? I think this was just a reference to our new GC.
