Do the shares for the acquisitions show in that? I thought they were not in that count yet.
I'm hoping for a much better price for the S-1, but $2.50 wouldn't be the end of the world...

50,643,477 outstanding. Plus 40%
20,261,390.8 div payable
70,914,867.8 total shares out
Add another 16,000,000 for S1 if valued at 2.50 for 40,000,000 and pre uplist we’ll be at 86,914,867.8
