I agree w most of your post, Pokey. If we must pursue those "bad actors", let's do it in our free time when the machine is up and running. Not getting past this hurdle was jeopardizing the whole package.
The only point I would make on your timeline is that the NGIO spin might need to occur before the GNBT S-1 pricing, as we may need that value pushing up the GNBT price to limit the dilution. I'd love to see GNBT S-1 price be a minimum of $4, and if we piece together some of Joe's comments, I think that's about what he might be hoping for (10MM new shares at $4 or 8MM new shares at $5).
Anyway, how great it feels to talk about stuff like this again instead of wondering if the div mess was going to sink us...
