Everyone has kept claiming that the note boogeyman was the problem. That was just foolish, simplistic thinking.
As Index (Paulson guy) has pointed out, the blatant share theft and breach of fiduciary duty that NP and the BOD engaged in has caused numerous Paulson clients (Lawman, myself, others) to be concerned. Therefore, when NP says BLA is again delayed, it is not just that, but we no longer trust him and the company.
Many Paulson clients have gotten over leveraged on this company's constant share raises over the years. They are probably speaking their mind by dumping now.
I am still wishing for the company to succeed--I am not selling. But I will never trust NP, the BOD and this company again and regret that I ever did.
