I believe this is the first time Mr. Berman has stated in print for all to read that products will be in retail stores.

I think this would be fodder for litigation by shareholders who are buying shares based on this revelation, so I do not think the man is foolish enough to state this fact and then not produce products in retail stores.

I could be wrong, but this is the best news so far that I have read from the company as of this date.
