I'm not sure I fully agree. For very large holders of warrants, tax implications between short and long term gains become a real thing. The clock doesn't start until you exercise the warrant.
But even if they were exercising and selling, I'll take that. Cash to the company trumps short terms SP movement from selling. Just my opinion.
