Tier 1 Hospitals? From what I am reading online in China those are the smallest and are effectively community health hospitals. Did he mean Tier 3? Dr. Patterson seemed to be making a big deal about us working with the most sophisticated hospitals but I think it is the opposite of what he said. Hopefully he just misspoke.

"Tier 1 hospitals are small and primarily are sought out for general health conditions. Many consider these community hospitals."
