They have somewhat different requirements to qualify, but both generally start at $4.00, although some may be allowed to start at 2-3 dollars if they meet other requirements. Either way, both are good. I must say it is not 100%, but we all know Doc hates the OTC, and with names like RAD, Euromed, Catalent, Canopy Growth, it only seems logical to me. Plus being on the big board naturally attracts the hedge fund and institutional buyers. Some simply will not buy OTC.
