In all latest interviews Dr NP was saying , that this is probably very soon..
No, he didn't promised , but was hopeful this will happen any day ...
Its may by today , or not , we will see....work need to be done perfectly so hopefully 6 months from now FDA will not call with new questions ,
But IMO there is a CHANCE it is done , soon we will know...
