I don’t think Nasdaq companies are better, if anything they can be worse, with CEOs with much higher salaries. The worst example is Elon Musk, TSLA is a nasdaq company and they paid him 2.2 billion in 2018. So I don’t see a high salary or compensation for the CEO as an issue to postpone uplisting. I would be interested in the other requirements needed for the latest 6M; they were not listed. One is BTD. I suspect one might be drug approval, another could be uplist.
