Msowid, you seem to be a long-term contributor that a lot of the posters know on this board. I've only been on this particular board for a few months, so I'm not sure what your history is.
As it seems many of these guys have a level of respect for your knowledge on this topic of GNBT, I would be interested to hear your opinion on the exchange Joe had w Hylander the other day, which I responded to but Joe has not chimed in on. It's regarding the 8-k for the Altucell acquisition extension of 30 days.
If you have time, please read the recent 8-k. Then read post #11691 from MMP JOE, where he berates the board on our due diligence and our errant interpretation of the 8-k. Then read my response #11694.
In my opinion, and the opinion of several other posters here, Joe is completely off base on his claims regarding this 8-k. I can't help but be concerned that he can have an interpretation of the 8-k and its ramifications for the Altucell time frame. Would love to get your thoughts on this topic.
