yes you are completely right ("Looks like they are concentrating on a "bang" with NGIO" ...GMIN)....but Joe did say that he was going to populate the NGIO board b4 any S1 can be submitted on behalf of NGIO....so yes he is on his way with 3 directors in less than 1 week.....but some of our comrades want a 'microwave' action plan....there isn't one, for those who are wondering....
