Honestly I dont know.....nobody knows !!! All I know some of us have received the promised 20:1 and the 1:4 in NGIO including a bunch of PR's. The bottomline we are trading at $0.50 !! If we were still trading between 2-3 I would be k with the divi but now I have my doubts, 70 mil is a lot of shares, people will be able to buy @.30 or .40 and double or tripple their investment and probably sell, just start looking what it takes to maintain Nasdaq if we ever get listed!!! I think with a higher price and less shares we could make more money and attract a different group of shareholders and investors. Of course Joe may have a surprise but based on the current status Im concerned!!! The market has many great companies and deals .........plenty time to return to GNBT down the road , people dont mind to pay more if the company meets expectations !!! Valuation will help too!!
