$HALB. Tomorrow my be your last chance to get shares under .10 cents. Company is exceptionally well positioned going forward. Expecting an announcement on a contract with Turkey. Could send this stock (44 million float) flying fast.
My target range is .30-$1 depending on the size of the contract.
