I guess I should have qualified my question as what "reasonable" objection the board of directors could have to allowing an independent third-party corporate compensation expert determine the amount of compensation and bonuses, if any, that should be awarded to CYDY officers and directors.
Perhaps if the board got a lot of push back from shareholders about the 11 million share bonus the board awarded to itself, it might reconsider this action.
