Thanks, and I agree 100% that bringing their filing status current is long overdue, but as you stated, the benefit of the doubt leans in their favor. I believe the reason we haven't seen any new filings recently is because they haven't accessed any financing or made any other transactions that legally require it.

In the recent past, they filed any and all such transactions with the SEC, so I'm convinced that they aren't trying to hide anything. Oh well, there are no 100% guarantees, but I think we'll see some good news fairly soon. If so, and the share structure is sporting that super low float, it'll jump hard enough and high enough to take any shorts to the woodshed for a painful lesson. I think they know that, or this stock would already be in the trips.
