SG:
Even if on Thursday Pourhassan were to announce BTD, submission of the clinical data for the BLA, great results for patient 4, and dosing of patients 5,6, and 7, that would not, in my opinion, justify a "performance bonus" of six million shares of CYDY stock to him, or five million shares of CYDY stock to other members of the board.
Pourhassan already gets a lucrative $1.5M compensation package for performing the duties of CEO, which includes seeking, and hopefully obtaining, BTD.
It is also troubling that the board is voting to award performance bonuses to themselves as this, to me, is a clear conflict of interest.
I would feel much more comfortable in having an independent third party corporate compensation expert decide what compensation and performance bonuses, if any, should be awarded to our CEO and board.
What possible objection could Pourhassan and the board have to that?
