Simply put, there’s NO WAY an insurance company is going to mandate an unwanted fee onto all of its customers for a device they don’t want. That’s a GREAT away to exponentially increase the business of the competition insurance companies who don’t attach these stupid fees.

Steve has realized he’s sunk the ship. He has failed. And failed miserably. His fall back plan is to ask the insurance companies to carry his water for him. And he has to go outside America because the insurance companies in a free market economy will laugh him out the door with this hairbrained proposal.
