OTC is run by the market makers I am lead to believe so maybe why price is where it's been at lately....if that be the case even when we get dividend we are still under the market makers control until there is an uplisting where there is TRUE COMPANY VALUATION.....only in my opinion as I could be wrong ?!?!?!
