$MSMY Shareholder Update - Following last weeks resignation of Mr Stippick, the Preferred Control Share has been sent to the Transfer Agent for reassignment to Steven Mazurek. Transfer agent is also processing the cancellation of 35 million restricted shares held by Mr Stippick
