On the bright side. If NP has more shares, he will not sell for cheap. He will squeeze out every penny out of this stock.
So, we shouldn't worry about a hostile takeover, or any cheap BOs.
In another topic, I feel they would annouce something huge tomorrow. That's why they compensated themselves with shares before we sky rocket.
Also, not sure why we or anyone cares about BTD (that's just something on the paper).
They know and we know chances of any drug getting BTD designation is very slim. That's why they are aiming for approval and phase 4, and in the worse case FDA grants the BTD.
Good news is that they are so confident they can do it.
So, we should be on our way to higher highs.
