Unlike any other time in the past, The largest Processor in the world along with 2 others who are also in the class of several million merchants each, have launched the requirement of implementing the new software package of ACS's. With the announcement of FirstData launching on November 15, we just have to wait for the process to complete each month. Having worked at FirstData, every month merchants who's agreements are up for renewal are required to update their merchant agreement by agreeing and signing another 1 year agreement. They have 30 days to do this or opt out of the agreement. If they opt out, they must discontinue to process credit cards. To continue to process credit cards if they opt out of FirstData, they must go to another merchant processor. FirstData processes 45% of all transactions here in the US. The other two combined also process approximately 45%. So where would they go or what would they do? Bottom line, they are going to comply !!

So as a informed investor (not a flipper, flippers are never happy if they can't flip), we wait for the results to be announced and enjoy the ride as this Company takes it's rightful place among other Billion dollar Companies !!!
