Looks like LUXEMBOURG has already funded some projects in Veitnam with RAIF but what HEnry is funding is HUGE 1 billion SUb Funds which is unprecedented which will be major fillip to Vietnam Infrastructure and financial rating.. Its important to know what you are owning. I think I am already owner many millions.
