Nader is giving away quite some money to the other members of the board and to himself.
Fair, enough. But it could have waited for up listing and/or when the company was in better financial footing. This might happen soon enough.
Well, maybe the financing was not there, after all.
It does not look good when you are simultaneously raising money and giving shares. Of course, if it "looks good", or not, doesn't mater.
Provided they deliver. And, maybe what NP thought was that Thursday news is just that, delivering.
1) Status of filing the Biologics License Application (BLA)= Clinical done.
2) Update on CytoDyn’s therapeutic indications involving cancer = New patients injected ??. Patient #4 results similar to other patients ??
3) Update on potential use of leronlimab in China to treat the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCov) = Somebody considering it ??? Some headway in this direction ???
I am not happy about the whole thing. But, who cares. The only thing I really care is patient #4. If this is good data, there is enough cake to divide away.
If this is the case, we are in our way to up listing and then, a different game will be played.
