Can someone on the call please corner NP on giving himself 6 million performance shares and other directors large awards outside of the employee incentive plan. I am NOT ok with it. They have been compensated plenty. Only way they deserve this is if they get a $50 share price also. Six mil extra shares. Are you kidding me?
