Doesn’t mean the 40-50 mil non dilutive funding won’t happen...these things just take time, and usually way more then people think. My son in law works as an assistant controller for a cattle/beef company. It took them almost 8 months of negotiating terms to get a signed funding deal, and that was for only about 20 mil. Remember how long the licensing deal with Vyera took to get done? People had given up on it, and out of nowhere, NP dropped it on us in a CC. Now imagine that the BOD is trying to review multiple term sheets and negotiate. Not a process that can or should be rushed. Point is, it will happen but probably not on NP described timelines.
