2019 Q4 financial report is due next Friday February 14, but it cannot be filed until the delinquent 10K and the delinquent 2019 Q3 10Q are filed first, so the anticipation is not for the coming 10Q which likely will be delinquent too.
An Up Reversal followed by a convergence in the weekly chart could signal significant news next week and could send share price to 5.25 cents.
