It's hard to say the BLA is late, truly, as we were awaiting FDA information before it could be finished. Granted, NP should not have been giving timelines in the manner that he did, but CYDY wasn't to blame for some of the delay. NOW, however...I guess we'll hear what's what on Thursday, which is still 6 days beyond the "we're on track for Friday" that we were told.
