I hate to be the optimist.... (Kidding).
Perhaps the delay is related to the FDA request for all of our data (including mono).
Perhaps they've asked us to compile everything, and request a meeting to discuss the BTD.
This is obviously SUPER optimistic. But I doubt anyone will care about BLA filing if they just lumped everything together and approved it
