Thanks Alan! Just to double-check: the recommended strategy is to
- set a SELL order for ALL your shares
- set the SALES PRICE to $100 (or similar very high price)
- set the TIME-IN-FORCE to GTC (good till cancelled)
- set the ORDER TYPE to "LIMIT", right?
Are there any caveats to look out for, e.g. in setting the order type?
