Yep, you know thing with BO's, the company with interest could make an offer which would hit the news line and SP could sky rocket (of course based on offer size) so any shorts or investors waiting on sidelines, keep that in mind. Doesn't mean a BO would occur but just interest alone setting the initial bar would do wonders.
