The fact that we're all having this conversation regarding the meaning of the most recent press release should serve as a major wake up call to the company that they have got to be more careful and precise going forward.

The most recent press release clearly reads that there are three patients and MTNBC and one patient in an emergency IND.

If that's not the case, as the most recent email from NP seems to indicate, the company should issue a clarifying press release.

Regardless, someone needs to be proofreading these things!
