Ka Ching I still think Henry wants to FILE 10K same time as he
does LUX activation or maybe LUX GOV is actually requiring
it, either way Henry saying still "WEEKS" to go says to me
there's more work to go with the 10K getting filed than just merely
paying the VINA AUDITOR.
