The dividends are set in stone now. They can’t be changed or it turns everything upside down, with finra, the S1-, financing, everything.
So, Generex has to keep the dividends as they are now or go back and start at zero, which would mean they lose lose ALTUCELL because they won’t meet that 30 day window.
