If gnbt is not going to issue gnbt dividends, then gnbt can add the addendum to its S1 right away...I think joe mentioned that he needed to know number of gnbt shares so he can price the Gnbt’s pricing for the $40 million for the S1 addendum.

We can wait for our nice 1:1 ngio dividend and gnbt can get its $40 million without having to wait for ngio dividend to be issued before filing addendum to the S1
