Those were shares sold in November and December. Look like preferred shares and the warrant deals done back then. As some shares are sold and move from restrictive to unrestrictive, they usually issue a s3 first, then ”notice of effectiveness” a short time later. Some preferred shares have a yearly dividend attached, so I would imagine they will hang onto those for years to come.
