Did you buy early before all the bs started and expected a 1:1 or did you buy part of the unknown "restricted shares" in the open market to receive the 1:1? Or did you buy more after the 2:5 GNBT/NGIO announcement. What about the guy that doesnt agree with the 2:5 and demands the restricted shares in the open market to be excluded from the divi or maybe reversed all together. Or did you buy in the 2's expecting the 1:1 and not the dilution created by the "restricted" shares sold ? Should we wait for a legal decision next month or next year? I dont have all the company non public info to assess the real status but based on the situation and CC info it doesnt appear things are moving as planned!!! That means "trouble" !!
