No offense taken, Wasabi. It’s all good discussion. And I’ve been around a while as well 
I just feel that the time frame has never been more critical, with the Altucell clock ticking for 2/26 expiration, many payments to acquired companies long overdue and still valid only due to extensions graciously signed by owners, cash low, sales on hold, business development on hold, no S-1 without the div, etc.
Frankly... don’t cane me anyone... if it would not create any legal issues, I’d just as soon cancel the div if we could be more likely to get to the S-1. I’d rather have a smaller piece of a huge pie than a bigger chunk of nothing...
