I appreciate your thoughts, Creekrat, and I’m not trying to be a trouble maker or unreasonable.
However, instead of looking at FINRA, I can look at our very own company, GNBT. I can see that we’ve had several similar events go off with short explainable delay(s) with new deadlines or no delay. So what is different this time? Why repeated delays with no end line?
We’re supposed to be a better company now, yet the turnaround time on our final pass is the worst yet.
What’s different? All the mess with CMP and Veneto for one. How do we know this is not a major problem?
I said another week with no further explanation seems reasonable. That would be three weeks from our last update. Heck, this was set up last summer, right? Then the changes to the div companies/ratios “Restricted” shares being sold. This could be a total mess as far as we know. And it’s putting all meaningful work on hold except (?) the NGIO spin.
If we can’t see some sort of meaningful update after 3 weeks, I believe it’s time for us to be given a background update that will help us understand where we are so we can make our own judgements.
