Can someone interpret EXACTLY what the S3 that was filed today means?
Is it simply a formality whereby the shares/warrants from prior raises were filed ? I saw the $1.12 share price-- it was described as the midpoint between the high (1.15) and low (1.09) of the Jan 27 closing price. What does this all mean??
