That being said, IMO they should try to raise additional funds above $2 (easily reachable with more cancer data plus BLA submission), in addition to the proposed debt financing, to have a cushion in case something unexpected happens... Like 25m shares at 2. Perhaps raise 5m or so now to pay off the notes and free the shares held in reserve.
